My daily survival starts from 5 .30 am every morning. Seat up 15 kali dan 3 Gelas besar air suam sebelum berus gigi dan mandi.
Lepas mandi dan bersiap sekeping dua roti bakar , secawan kopi and of
course sebatang rokok. I love rosses to be on my breakfast table.
Nasi lemak...emm amat jarang kecuali kalau ada program di Hotel atau
telah disediakan oleh customer di syarikat masing masing atau di
Higashifuji.
Somewhere last week, in Genting, I went out early from bed room. Went
for a short break before going up to the stage to perform my show as
usual, delivering training programs to a group of potential General
Managers. A Promotion program for talented Managers to be shifted to
another higher positions.
I create some time to refreshed my self and have some break for me
before the show started. Have some personal time to cheer up my self and
took the surrounding view as something great from the God. A leader
should create sometime to refresh themselves. A short and fully
utilised break will leap yourself better later during the moment of
critical.
Sambil berehat terfikir juga... Jauh juga pengembaraan hidup ini. Dan
setiap saat dari nya adalah peluang dan kesempatan untuk menjadi orang
yang lebih baik dari semalam. Syukur pada yang maha esa.
