Perfect Friday

Yesterday, went and met Cik Fame in Bukit Tinggi Klang. Wow...fitness first centre really happening. A lot of peoples were there building up their shapes, muscle, stamina and health.

Cik Fame had just completed her exercises when I reached there. Managed to see the situations over there even for while. I really love to be inside of such places. It was second best places after bookstores for me. Great Cik Fame! You are an asset for your family, company and kids but health is your assets. Keep it up. It shows dramatically changed when your walk faster than before. Even before you walk fast but now even faster. Can see that.

Fitness first brought me to reflect back my achievements in exercises. It has quite sometime I can't make it as my schedules was tight ..but ya ..I am a guru and shouldnt be giving excuses. Make time. I must make time to go back. I will and in a way you inspire me back Cik Fame Pn. Noor Jahan.

You done great in your job and you manage your life perfectly. A Great balance. Thank you for the time.

On the way back, I celebrated my Cik Senah Senator's birthday in mid of the road to our home. It was in KFC. Bought a cake for her and we make small celebrations for her of course started with doa reading for her to be healthy and safe all the while . Insyaallah.

We had a real One Malaysia experience. One Hindu couples were seating on our left and three chinese boys were seating on our right. Only us, and them in the area. Well, we gave both of the group cakes for them to share the happiness. The couple was having their beauty moments together and they are just simply romantic and perfect. Very matured and no nonsense.

Suprisingly the couples came and gave a cash of RM 10 to Cik Senah and one the Chinese Boy brought us a pack of nuggets in return for the cakes that given. We didn't ask for it but it was a gift.

We than talk and laugh together. 3 different races had been combined with just a small birthday event. It wasn't planned but it happens.

I than told my family, this is what we called Karma of life. You get what you give and the best part is ONE MALAYSIA Feelings.

Actually I don't feel well yesterday but the fitness centre lighten up my mind to be back and the ONE Malaysia moments make me forgetten of my pretty bad conditions.

It was a perfect Friday.
