Mungkin masih ingat pada blog Masterji tentang Keng Lek Industri dan janji Value Guide Training Consultant to create results and not only teaching kan? Minggu lepas Masterji berada disan untuk melaksanakan aktiviti follow up selepas dua minggu program latihan diberikan. Amat memeranjatkan! Suprise!


Big Change ! Total Change! Better that what they are yesterday!
Kedatangan Masterji amat ditunngu dan semua staff tersenyum dan nampak sangat ketara perubahan mereka. Lebih yakin, gembira dan terbuka.

Mr Lim and few others had successfully changed the company. Congratulations guys! As what I said, change starts from ourselves.

I am the 5S leader for this project so let's take my office first to make it better" Mr Lim told me and it bacame reality. He is a great leader. He managed to change the office working set up and efficiency . Congratulations.
