In any types of organization there must be at least one person to be a moderator, discipline master, making right decision even it's not popular but for the right thing, and continuously giving wake up calls for those who are still sleeping. Even in family there must be one.
There must be a habit to keep on installing the mind set and culture of what The Great Former CEO of G.E says; Get Better or Get Beaten! Organizations should secure those employee who practiced that and promote them to eye of others. They walk extra mild to ensure the organization faced happiness and not difficulties. They are not limited with the thinking of " Eleh..aku makan gaji aje so what".
Now perhaps let's have a short change in our mindset. Just a short one and let's think about it with open mind and honest heart, What say you if you are a owner of a business organization regardless of the nature of sizes or products and you are having most of the employees who said "eleh aku makan gaji aje" and never think of any single improvements for the company, will you think your business will survive or able to make better profits?
Busy is good. Shows that your company is occupied. Business is there but do you know that your competitor has planned something to over take your market share, business ranking, customers and the most saddest thing is the new plan of your competitor will make you drop to a very very low level and it will take years and years to be back on your grip! Wan't it bad?
Therefore never ever sacrifies innovations because of being trap with the routines! Remember that.
A father who are busy to maintain the life of the family is good but a great father will be someone who doesn't only maintain the days to days event but the call for progress and building up the generation. Not only making them survive but Competitive!

Kita tidak boleh cepat berpuas hati dgn apa yg sedia ada. Brain kita akan berehat dan ini akan membuatkan vitamin 'M' meningkat.. iaitu vitamin 'malas'....
Brain akan menjadi lebih sehat apabila digunakan...macam badan kita juga...kalau kita gunakan selalu...contoh pergerakan senaman... sudah tentu kita menjadi lebih sihat!!! Gitulah contoh yg simple.
Anyway TQ Masterji...always motivate me when we talk. Setakat hari ini...saya seorang yg tak mudah mengaku kalah sebelum berjuang....cehhh semangat samurai!!
