Apa pun kerjasama antara kita menjadikannya cemerlang. Itulah yang Masterji selalu sarankan pada ramai syarikat. Buat program 5S. Itulah program yang boleh nampak hasil dan semua konteks pengurusan termasuklah, Managing Change, Strategic Management, Leadership and Team Work. Semua ada dalam tu. Cara Masterji melaksanakan program 5S adalah amat berlainan. Sebab itu ia gerak dengan cepat.
Sekarang Masterji dah banyak buat klon perihal 5S. Pn adalah salah seorang yang terbaik.
Untuk entri yang Pysho, ada yang sms Masterji kata, kalau campur orang positif jadi positif. Kalau campur orang negatif jadi negatif, tapi kalau orang itu nampak macam positif macam mana? Huh , jawapannya senang. Ini lagi bahaya. Soalan yang menarik. Looks ok and actually ok is different thing! Sekalipun anda berjumpa di majlis-majlis kenamaan, Majlis Allumni ataupun majlis majlis lain yang tersohor !

1996, Buku William Diehl's , Primal Fear telah di filemkan. Interesting movie. Saya baca novel tu tahun 93 dan menonton movie tu pada tahun 1996. Handsome man is inside that interesting movie; Richard Gere.
Here, some facts of the movie and let's go through to see how our eyes can be manipulated.;
1.Martin Vail ( Richard Gere ) is a prominent defense attorney in Chicago who jumps at the chance to represent Aaron Stampler ( Edwin Norton )
2. Aaron Stampler , is a young, stuttering altar boy accused of murdering the Archbishop.
3. Vail believed that Stampler is truly innocent. Decided to take the case and defense Aaron Stampler.
4. The trial does not proceed well for the defense, as there is considerable evidence against Stampler and Public opinions holds him almost certainly guilty.
5. Vail confronts his client and accuses him of having lied.
6. Aaron suddenly breaks down and transforms into a new persona, a violent sociopath who calls himself "Roy". He confesses to the murder of the archbishop and hurt Vail. Under new persona "Roy". ( Split personality)
7. When the incident is over, Aaron appears to have no recollection of it. Don't remember of any new persona called "Roy".
8. A psychiatrist than had examined Aaron, convinced that he suffered from Multi personality disorder due to chillhood abuse by his own father.
9. Later in the court hearing, again Aaron Stampler changed to new persona "Roy".
10. The judge finds Aaron not guilty by the reason of mental insanity and remands him to a mental hospital.
11. Vail visted Aaron in his cells to tell him the good news. Aaron Stampler replied : " I didn't make up the identity of "Roy" but he made up Aaron. Stampler grins slyly and reveals that he has been pretending to be insane the whole time.
Aaron Stampler also admited that he had murdered the Archbishop.
12. Vail walks away, with Roy taunting him from the cell. Vail can't do anything as the court had decided that Aaron Stampler is not guilty.

3 parties had been manipulated. Martin Vail, The psychiatrist and The Judge. There is no split personality except CREATED PERSONALITY.
Evil can be seen as Angel sometimes.
