I strongly agreed with everything above and especially you will be appreciated. To be a Supervisor , Top Management will judge your basic management skills but to go further , it has to be cost reduction skills and making your organization financially strong and profitable.

Don't you want to be a CEO?
Don't you ever dream for that? Don't you know that , you might have the ability to be one?
Or just simply don't believe yourself that you can be one?
Is there any specific law in the world disallowed you to be one?

Make a business card of your name with CEO position first thing tomorrow morning even you are not one yet. Display the card in your wallet, on your table, on your car dashboard , at your room door and make it as your vision. Make it Visual than I believed you can be one. You will never know if you never try. Never underestimate yourself!

When you become one, give me a ring and tell me..."Masterji, I made it and now I am a CEO of so and so company"!
