Matlamat utama saya menulis adalah untuk berkongsi pengetahuan dalam bentuk pengurusan dan motivasi untuk pembangunan diri dan kerjaya.
Ingin juga mencurahkan pengetahuan yang ada secara ringkas, mudah dan pantas memandangkan sesetengah individu kurang berminat membaca bahan bacaan(buku) yang tebal dan merimaskan.
Sekadar menyumbangkan sesuatu untuk di manfaatkan sebelum nanti saya di jemput ke SANA.

Keng Lek Boleh! The Rising Sun

" I want only Mr Rafi, not any one else to train us" , Mr Lim told my Training Cordinator.
That was the request made by Mr Lim a Manager from Keng Yek Engineering. He had a strong believe that I would change the company conditions. I met him back in 2009 in another place. He had still remembered me well and I had the same memory also. He had the similar look of my former Boss Mr Ng Chin Sian.
So the mission begin two days ago in Keng Lek. Factory rebuilding or re-branding action. I was surprised as all the participants was aware of the mission and being very supportive and active in the class. It was leadership and Kaizen Training.
They are simply special and hungry to seek for improvement.
Met with the Executive Director and by the nature of respect with thank you sign with both hands as the Chinese tradition always does to show appreciation he had welcome me to proceed and teach the company. Very humble and down to earth.
We also met with Astt. Managing Director and the good thing is, he was at the working floor when we met him. Waw, patrolling the Gemba! Great ! He wants to be connected to the area that provides sources for profits and opportunity to make more profits. Mr Lim had introduced me to all of them.
I and my co trainer Master Q Saniyah Kadir had a very interesting and challenging two days event in Keng Lek. We shared the same mission and happy with their great attitudes.
Both of us, put ourselves as we are the management team in Keng Lek and in order to change what will we do. Such mindset works well in the training mission. We pointed out many ways they can be better. Their people are very humble and patient to listen, understand, accept and take note. They never left us alone and always ask many profitable questions.
Mr Lim, had from time to time leading the class to understand the importance to become better with strong support by Sunny, Jo Anne, Bill Gates, Mr Woo, Mr Yeo , Mr Fadrul ( Shah Rukh Khan ) and the rest.
We left the company with sweet memories and homework. That's how Value Guide training consultant are to be remembered. Homework! Homework that will generate more profits for our client company and improvements plan.
We will meet again and to Keng Lek great soldiers; it's the beginning and become a Rising Sun Company. I had a strong believe that you guys will as all of you had the right attitudes and a matter of right action!

Mission to reduce working time and improve productivity. Kaizen Game!

Celebrating winning, reduced working time, increase productivity and make improvements! from 10 second process time became 1 second with higher output! The key is: What you think you shall become!

Time to change and let's do it!

Who is action takers? A Great game and the winner is Mr Lim. He is really fast! Action takers and not action speakers!

Gemba time! not to find faults but to find ways to make more profit. Masterji went down to the floor and did not pass through but went through specifically!

The best students in the class. The most outstanding, Mr Lim, Mr Bill Gates, Sunny Mr Yeo and Jo Anne.

A Day of beginning and time to close the door of the past and open the door to success!
