Matlamat utama saya menulis adalah untuk berkongsi pengetahuan dalam bentuk pengurusan dan motivasi untuk pembangunan diri dan kerjaya.
Ingin juga mencurahkan pengetahuan yang ada secara ringkas, mudah dan pantas memandangkan sesetengah individu kurang berminat membaca bahan bacaan(buku) yang tebal dan merimaskan.
Sekadar menyumbangkan sesuatu untuk di manfaatkan sebelum nanti saya di jemput ke SANA.

Credit

Hi everyone, hope you have good weekends. You must, because you've been doing good planning for week days in workplace therefore weekends will require the same. Enjoy it. It's family day and utilise it. Being a Trainer and always being out of the home, I missed it so much. Anyway, the rest please utilise it to maximum with your wife and kids.

Credit? ada dua jenis pekerja di tempat kerja. Satu yang bekerja untuk mendapatkan sebanyak mana credit yang boleh dan satu lagi yang bekerja bukan unutk credit tetapi kemajuan, development.

Nothing wrong with that. Either way, we'll have to work hard to get credit or development.

But , Just some suggestions:

Working to obtain credits will sometime make you disspointed if your top people overlook your performance. They may sometimes. Being in working environment for more than 21 years , I noticed that frequently. I saw many tears and morale down issues from many people. Why? Because it's all due not being noticed by their bosses.

You see dear friends, many that I had observed suddenly do Harakiri not in their self but in their performance. They stop and quit from giving extradiordinary performance. Just because people overlook their results. Just ask our selves, Is it good to kill our future just because of some busy people don't notice of how good we are? We are actually further damaging ourselves if we do that. Not only that, we disconnected our route to success and end up as death person in the workplace. Wasted all your many years of hardwork to the top. Just because you don't get credits.

Running for credits may sometimes turn organization into office politics and battlefield among us! Our enemy is our competitor and not among us.

Sometimes, we need to adjust our mind set for success. Why don't we go for development instead of doing it for credits. If we go for development, along the way we'll get credits and experiences. Should there be any incidents appear, such as not being noticed accordingly, it will be fine, because we are doing it for us and who cares about credits. We are valuers searchers and not credits. Our brain will persuade our hearts by saying, hei, we don't do for credits!

Having the right mind set will give us the right outcomes and make us happy!

Therefore, do it for your development and not for credit.

Yelah dlm hidup kita yg sementara ni kita kenalah kehidupan kita seboleh2nya kena 'balance', baik di tempat kerja maupun di rumah. Saya pun selalu cuba buat 'balancing' sb biasanya berat kat tempat kerja....sb kita tahu di rumah 'hero' boleh membantu...di mana ianya tidak bagus sama sekali. Semua mesti diutamakan....

Jangan bekerja kerana 'seseorang' tapi bekerja untuk diri kita sendiri...tanggungjawab. Jika ada yg menilai, Alhamdulillah tapi jika tidak....sekurang2nya kita telah melaksanakan amanat yg telah diamanahkan kepada kita...penting ada 'job satisfaction'!!
