Matlamat utama saya menulis adalah untuk berkongsi pengetahuan dalam bentuk pengurusan dan motivasi untuk pembangunan diri dan kerjaya.
Ingin juga mencurahkan pengetahuan yang ada secara ringkas, mudah dan pantas memandangkan sesetengah individu kurang berminat membaca bahan bacaan(buku) yang tebal dan merimaskan.
Sekadar menyumbangkan sesuatu untuk di manfaatkan sebelum nanti saya di jemput ke SANA.

Good Morning


Of course you wish your Boss good morning every working days and sometimes we plan and initiate time to wish our big people good morning as to check their moods or let them notice that you are around. That's good.

But do you do that to any other people in your organization? Of course to your subordinates but how about others? People in next department, security guards and sweepers in the company. Sometimes we don't right?

We need to have this in practice, JBN, JUST BE NICE!. It's a small investment but it has big impact. Just Be Nice to anyone may sometimes bring you out from problems, or helps you for someting. You may have big positions in the organization but you may not have good skills in repairing car during breakdowns but it was to your suprise when you re stuck at the road side and your company sweeper saw you and fixed your problems! It' all because of you done JBN to him, when you never fail to say good morning to him! He takes it as a respect! You got him by feeling and not by big titles.

I had watched one good movie pertaining to JBN. The best movie with regards to Human Relations skills. The movie title is MUNABAI MBBS. Hindi movie. My advised is that to any Managers or especially HRM Managers to watch the same movie. A Medical student who had approached every patients and employees in the Hospital with hug, manners and good words. A different methods.

He made it! He became legend! The biggest achievements from him was really themerdeous! One of the patient has been hospitalized for many years ,couldn't walk and move at all. Paralysed! But it has later became a remarkble moments when the patient started to move and then later walk perfectly after meeting him and of course it was all due to his JBN methods. Every one in the Hospitals were his! They love him, respect him , trusted him and the Hospitals working practices and cultures finaly changed from high bearaucracy system to more Human Approach.

There's another real life story with regards to JBN.
Interesting and important.

Charles Plum, a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, was a jet pilot in Vietnam. After seventy-five combat missions, his plane was destroyed by a surface-to-air missile. Plum ejected, parachuted into enemy hands, and was captured, spending six years in a communist prison. He survived the ordeal and now lectures on lessons learned from that experience.

One day when he and his wife were sitting in a restaurant, a man from another table came up and said"You're Plum! You flew jet fighters in Vietnam from the aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk. You were shot down!

"How in the world did you know that? Asked Plum.
"I packed your parachute and prepared it before you fly" The man replied.
Plum gasped in surprise and gratitude. The Man grabbed his hand and said,"I guess it worked!"
Plum assured him, "It sure did. If your chute hadn't worked, I woulnd't be here today."

Plum couldn't sleep that night, thinking about that man. He wondered how many times he might have seen him and not even said " good morning" or "how are you" or any other greeting words. Because Plum was a fighter pilot , the other man was just a sailor.

Well, at least , a good morning wish. Remember that. Every people you meet, every workers you work with, show them that you respect them. JBN Daily. Just Be Nice! At least a good morning wish!

ini merupakan satu ucapan yg paling mudah tapi susah...mcm mana tu yek?? rasanya faham lah tu kan!!

contoh kalau kita gi mana2...katalah terjumpa mat salleh masuk dlm lif...wlwpun dia tak kenal kita dia akan wish 'good morning' sambil masuk lif. maaflah kalau ada yg terasa bila saya beri contoh 'mat salleh'. Bukan itu saja...kalau gi beli barang pun sama...kita beli, kita bayar...tuanpunya kedai dapat duit, dapat untung...ckp terima kasih pun tidak....jadi terbalik pulak kita yg cakap 'terima kasih'

Budaya seumpama ini masih jauh ketinggalan sesama kita di M'sia. Mungkin dalam progress ke arah tersebut....
