Matlamat utama saya menulis adalah untuk berkongsi pengetahuan dalam bentuk pengurusan dan motivasi untuk pembangunan diri dan kerjaya.
Ingin juga mencurahkan pengetahuan yang ada secara ringkas, mudah dan pantas memandangkan sesetengah individu kurang berminat membaca bahan bacaan(buku) yang tebal dan merimaskan.

Andrew The Great Manager.



I met Mr Andrew many years back since 2005 in Melaka. He can remember my name when I came for second time a year after 2005. After 1 year past, Andrew can still remember my name! Great. I had conducted training programs many times in his workplace.
Since that we became a good friend and frequently took him as good example in my training workshop.
He is a Manager in Mahkota Hotel Melaka. He had great customer service skills. He will put his position down and treat every customer regardless of their status as important people.
" It's not for customer money Encik Rafi but to let customer feels " Customer" and not just having a room down here".
To Andrew, you really practice your slogans. You been very consistent practicing good customer service skills through my observation.

To the Management of Mahkota Hotel, Mr Andrew is your great asset. Asset that will make Mahkota Hotel shinning all the time. Being a Trainer , I've stayed in many hotels and I know my comment for Andrew is right! Andrew make us remember strongly of how wonderful being a customer in Mahkota Hotel.
Andrew keep it up ya. Great people always had a great attitude!
If you drop by to Mahkota Hotel, never forget to meet up with Andrew. "It's not for money but to let customer feels they are Customers".
Besides Andrew, Mahkota Hotel is very convenience place for many interest, such as holiday, family gathering, training, conference and rest. It has various indoor activities. For me I love their Gym and exercise centre! The price is reasonable and affordable.
